ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS
Grace period: the period within which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal.
Consumer: the natural person not acting in the exercise of a profession or business.
Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to cancel the agreement within the cooling-off period.

ARTICLE 3 – APPLICABILITY
These terms apply to every offer and every agreement between Laura’s Boutique and the consumer. If additional conditions apply, the consumer may rely on the provision most favorable to them.
ARTICLE 4 – EU & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are not included in the item price and are the responsibility of the customer.
ARTICLE 5 – THE OFFER
All offers are without obligation and subject to change. Images and descriptions are indicative and minor deviations do not entitle the consumer to compensation or cancellation.
ARTICLE 6 – THE AGREEMENT
The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the conditions. Orders may be refused if payment obligations cannot be met.
ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days without giving any reason. The cooling-off period starts the day after receipt of the product.
The consumer must notify Laura’s Boutique within 30 days of receiving the product if they wish to return it. After notification, the product must be returned within 30 days.
Returned products must be unused, complete, and in original packaging where reasonably possible.
If the return is not notified or received within the stated periods, the purchase is considered final.
ARTICLE 8 – COSTS AND REFUNDS IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected at the factory, a full refund will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.
ARTICLE 9 – EXCLUSION OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for:

Personal or hygienic items with broken seal

Digital products once accessed
ARTICLE 10 – THE PRICE
Prices may change due to legal or tax adjustments. No VAT is charged if goods are shipped from outside the EU. Import VAT and clearance fees are paid by the customer.
ARTICLE 11 – CONFORMITY AND WARRANTY
Defects or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
ARTICLE 12 – DELIVERY
Orders are processed with care and delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, the consumer may cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days.
ARTICLE 13 – DURATION AND TERMINATION
Consumers may terminate ongoing contracts in accordance with applicable notice periods not exceeding one month.
ARTICLE 14 – PAYMENT
Payments must be completed within 7 working days unless otherwise agreed. Incorrect payment details must be reported immediately.
ARTICLE 15 – COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of discovering the issue. Responses will be provided within 14 days.
